CREATING A PROJECT WITH THE PROGRAM

ALIGNMENT OF THE GLASSES
The glasses coming from the factory is put in order to the production band and numbered according to the project.
CONTROL OF THE GLASSES
According to the project, the glass dimensions are controlled. There may be some deviations from the measures during production of the glasses. If the glasses are shorter than the project’s required dimensions, these deficiencies can be compensated during panel cutting. But the glasses that are longer than the project are a problem and may need to be replaced.
CAPS AND WHEELS ARRANGEMENT
Caps and wheels are distributed for each panel. The distribution is done according to the output of the project provided by the calculation program. The opening sashes and directions of the wheel need to be considered, guide and straight wheels are put respectively.
PANEL PROFILE CUTTING PROCESS
Glass sizes need to be considered for panel profiles cutting. Panel cap widths are deducted from the glass dimensions and panel profile cutting dimensions are obtained. And cutting is performed accordingly. Side profile and 90 degree caps have different glass shares, so the length of panel profiles of end glasses are determined differently.
CAPS AND WHEELS ASSEMBLY
The caps and wheels are mounted according to their sliding directions. The guide wheels are fixed so that they do not move. These will be arranged during the assembly. 90 degree profile cap is also assembled if there is.
RAIL CUTTING PROCESS
Top and bottom rails are cut, angular rails are also cut if there is any.
Water gutter of the bottom rail will be placed inward while the gutter of the top rail will be placed outward. And water discharge channels will be milled according to this.
PANEL PROFILES GLUING PROCESS
Inner walls of top and bottom panel profiles are glued and glasses are inserted.
The height and angle measures are checked to be sure everything is as planned.
SIDE JAMB AND INSULATION BRUSH CUTTING PROCESS
Single side (h shape) strips are cut for opening sashes and double side (H shape) strips are cut for all other sashes. 90 degree strips are cut if there are any.
Height of strips are equal to glass height measured in between the glued panel profiles. Side profile height is equal to total height of panel with its panel profiles minus 8 mm.
SILICONE DRYING PROCESS
After panel profiles gluing and latest dimension corrections, the panels are left to stand for 24 hours for drying.
